Pricing varies due to the size and condition of the job, so it’s difficult to give an exact quote before seeing the home’s condition. That said, here are some examples of routine cleaning jobs we typically handle.
Services:
Bathrooms: We clean the toilet, shower, sink, and mirror.
Kitchen: We clean appliance exteriors, cupboard exteriors, cupboard handles, countertops, and the kitchen sink.
Living Spaces: We provide light dusting in the main living areas.
Floors: We vacuum the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, finishing with a mop for all tile, linoleum, and hardwood floors.
We bring our own cleaning supplies, including both unscented and standard products to suit your preferences. Our Miele vacuum and mop are also provided for each job. Specific cleaning products are used for stainless steel appliances and wooden furniture to prevent any damage.
Competitive Pricing:
We offer a fair, competitive price for our cleaning services. Franchised cleaning companies in the Kingston area charge over $100/hour for a 2-person team, (and pay their employees minimum wage). We charge $90/hour for our two-person team, and the proceeds go toward operating our small business.
A typical two-bedroom home with a living space, kitchen, and bathroom usually costs around $180 for a top-to-bottom clean.
For a larger home with multiple bathrooms, living spaces, and a larger kitchen, prices may range between $180 and $270 for a comprehensive clean.
If you have a specific budget, we can tailor our services to stay within your price range. For example, if your budget is $180 for a monthly clean, we’ll assess your home, prioritize your top-priority rooms, and complete the cleaning within your budget.
